Accounts, purchases, and customization
We use information you provide when creating an account, placing an order, customizing a video, submitting an RSVP, or contacting support to provide those services. This can include your name, email address, order details, event information, and the text or media you upload. Information included in an invitation or RSVP is available to the people with whom you share it and to the event organizer as needed to manage responses.
Optional Facebook login
When Facebook login is enabled and you choose to use it, Facebook provides your account identifier, basic profile information, and email address if available and permitted by you. We use this information to create or connect your LytXO account and sign you in. LytXO does not receive your Facebook password. This login configuration requests basic profile and email access; it does not request your friends list, birthday, likes, or permission to post to Facebook.
Cookies and service providers
Our website uses cookies for account sign-in, shopping cart functions, and security. Social sign-in uses a session cookie to support the authentication process. Analytics, advertising, and sharing tools may also use cookies or similar technologies; use the site cookie controls to manage available choices. Website hosting, payment, email, security, analytics, sharing, and video processing services process information needed to provide their respective functions. External links and embedded content are subject to the external service’s privacy practices.
Your information and retention
You can update account information through My Account or contact support to request access to or correction of your information. Account and purchase information is kept to provide your account, purchases, support, and business records. Information that must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or security purposes may be retained when other account information is deleted.
Request deletion of your LytXO data
- Email support@lytxo.com from the email address associated with your LytXO account.
- Use the subject “LytXO data deletion request.” Tell us whether you want to disconnect Facebook login, delete Facebook-linked account data, or delete your LytXO account.
- We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. Do not send your password or Facebook login codes.
Removing LytXO from Facebook’s Apps and Websites settings stops its Facebook connection but does not by itself delete your LytXO account or previous orders. Account deletion can remove access to purchases and saved customizations. We will explain any information that must be retained and confirm the outcome of your request.
